Maybe it's doing an evaluation of where your market is and saying, okay, what are we missing?

And is that something that I can fill and can I fill it well and just try it out?

So let's get started. Sarah, how are you?

I'm fantastic. Thank you so much for having me on the show. Yeah, I'm glad you could make it. What's it like in Prescott, Arizona right now?

It's absolutely beautiful. We've had some snow recently, but it melts quickly. So now we're about mid 60s I want to say.

You've had some snow recent is that every year type thing it is every year

we're actually a mile high city a lot of people don't realize that, but in Central Arizona were as high of Denver.

Yeah, a lot of people don't realize that.

So the, I know there's, I was thinking like Arizona must be some sort of a weird, you know,

freeze right now for that to happen, but you're like, no, it's a, but now you're in 60 degrees,

so it's still golf weather for the people that went out there as long as the snow melted off?

Yes, it is, and we do have some really nice golf courses here.

What was it like over the last year during like shutdowns and things like that in COVID?

What was real estate like from like March last year

through the end of the year?
