When we study really fabulous leaders and we ask that question, what do they do that other people don't do?

How quickly you can find certain things, but I'm always surprised of

How many leaders who don't know each other have come from different places different experiences different generations and they all do some of the same things that you and I have never been talked to do and

So that's always surprising to me every time I find a new admired leadership behavior
