0:00.0	It was this little Thai monk a Buddhist monk and he was teaching us some form of
0:07.1	mindfulness and about four weeks in he went around the room and spoke to everyone and virtually every single person he talked to he would ask a certain question I can't remember what any of these questions were
0:21.2	But they would either burst into tears or start laughing in that big release sort of way.
0:28.0	And I thought, oh, this is great. Everyone gets this. And he's coming to me me and so I guess there were probably 20
0:34.9	25 of us in the class and there was just me and two other people left and he
0:39.5	came to me and he stands in front of me with his he's in his row open he's got his hands lit in front of me.
0:45.5	He looked at me and he sort of cocked his head and said, why are you here?
0:50.3	I said, well, to learn how to meditate, he sort of smiled and sugar said,

0:57.0	And then after I said, to meditate, and then he got really stern and says, why are you here?
1:03.0	And you tell me, man, I don't know.
1:06.0	And then he just dropped his head and shook his head
1:10.0	in a disappointed fashion and moved on.
