Hey everybody, welcome to a late episode of Nostalgia in now with Laguna Biocch.

As always, it is your host Kelly.

I am so excited this week.

I am feeling great.

I know last week we started off on kind of a low note, but I'm feeling really, really good.

I'm back in Nashville now. And originally I was going to skip this week, but I feel like so much has happened in the pop culture world. The Hills reboot trailer was released. I was like, I got to just do it, right? I just have to put an episode together, even if it's a few days late. I am sure people will forgive me, or at least I hope.

Do you guys forgive me and not forget me?

That is all I can ask from you.

But I do want to say thank you guys for all the super nice messages.

I got so much support after kind of talking about what I was going through with my mental health and all of that.

So again, I really appreciate it. I'm feeling like my old self again,

which is a really nice feeling. I guess I didn't realize how miserable I truly was and how kind of defeated I felt until probably today. Honestly, I woke up. I got out of bed. And that's one thing.

Even though I'm not working, I'm making sure I'm still out of bed fairly early.

I'm trying to stay on some kind of schedule, just so I don't lose that.

I work much better on a schedule anyway, so it's kind of keeping myself honest.
