And today we're talking about one of my favorite subjects, which is all about the assumption of taking responsibility.

Now, I know that some people it can push up against their boundaries.

Every time I talk about it, there may be some resistance

within you in other words. Because when you hear people say, well, you got to take responsibility,

your or most people's immediate response is it feels like an attack. And especially if we've been

wronged in the past, so let's say we've gone through

some significant emotional events where people have said bad things, done bad things, we can

feel like a victim. So I want to be very clear in my language, but I'm not talking about

assuming the responsibility for the bad things which have happened to you.

Because that's not empowering at all.

What I'm talking about, and by the way, the next episode is going to be a hypnotic meditation.

level to have the life that you desire and deserve and to know you're worthy and deserving

of that success by that assumption and taking responsibility.

So I'm talking about responsibility where you get the control.

So this is like the conscious mindset and then the next episode will be the hypnotic experience

of getting it at an unconscious level in a

powerful way. So, taking responsibility. I always think about it as cause and effect. We can be

the cause of all our effects or we can just live on the effect side of the equation. And once again,
