podcast. It is the 9th of February, about 1045 in the morning here and beautiful North

Carolina, where I'm looking outside the window and it is absolutely gorgeous.

Hopefully you will not hear any banging.

I'm on the other side of the house.

I think I've told you guys my house is falling down as we live on the beach and the side

of the house that is facing the ocean is literally crumbling.

So it's completely rotted out this afternoon.

I think they actually jack up part of the house to replace some of the support beams.

So it's in bad shape.

So it's getting worse as they dig in and find stuff.

So hopefully by the end of the day today, we'll have some stability in our house.

So, but we live dangerously. We do podcasts in the house. We live in the house as it is being

redone. And I guess if it gets too bad, we'll just get out of here, get back up to New Jersey.

Today, we are talking our top 100 prospects.

On Monday, I did 51 through 100 and just got tons of great feedback.
