You know on Monday Bishop TD Jakes was talking about being committed and being

committed means being committed it means being all in now one foot out not even

like a pinky toe out you are fully in there is no plan B if you have a plan B

you are not fully committed so what Charlie's gonna talk about is having the

courage to take your plan B completely off the table so you can commit to your

dream and be all in here's Charlie so I'd like to tell you three quick stories

about some of those choices I made when I left here some of the things that led me

from that share to this podium and I hope in some way you can draw parallels

from it I can help guide your own experience if not feel free to tune out if

City and begin my acting career a city where I knew next to no one or I could

take the entry level position that had been offered to be my fidelity

investments now I know what you're thinking why would a major financial

services corporation offer this numbs college job the answer is simple because
