home. I'm Sophie Robinson and I'm Kate Watson-Smith. And today we are talking all things Christmas

food, menu planning, table-scaping, what to eat, when to eat it. And we are very excited to be

recording on location in the home of Simon Khan, founder of the Hampstead Kitchen, a private dining

company which caters for everyone from loyal locals. Sophie has hired them for a workshop she was

running and I have been to a party catered by them to celebrities, politicians and even royalty.

Well I'm actually pretty organised at the shopping side of things, so much so I'm actually looking

forward to a new year new home refresh already. I've got you! Well no surprise I'm very last minute

and it's my husband he's just impossible to buy for whereas me I mean I'll just point him to

the Anthropology website as there is literally nothing I don't like from fashion to furnishings,

it's all very up my street. Same same, although my husband is hard too, so you know what I do?

I think of something he likes doing and then buy things for the room he might do it in.

What an earthy name. So mine likes books but picking out a book is hard because everybody has

different tastes. So I might buy a lovely mug and then a new cushion because you want to curl

up and be comfortable when you read, yes? And then you can build out from there and add a lovely

faux fur throw and a set of bookends and Anthropology is actually a really good one stop shop as they

have all of those items in a style I can live with as well. I see! Clever! Well I love cushions too

and I see Anthropology have a selection of seasonal ones. I love the one that says say it ain't snow.
