| 0:00.0 | Welcome back to the podcast. My name is Joseph Clough and this is episode 939. |
| 0:23.3 | Now in this episode, I want to go into a change of reference or a perception to make you |
| 0:30.5 | realize that actually you're doing good. |
| 0:34.0 | Like we sometimes take life really, really seriously on we kind of beat ourselves up and I want to |
| 0:40.4 | get us out of that. Take some pressure off to then give you the ability to grow quicker and faster. |
| 0:48.1 | And then in the next episode, we're going to be doing a hypnotic meditation on this subject and then as a bonus session |
| 0:58.2 | for those who are subscribers of the app you're going to get the sleep version of it and also a four-hour |

| 1:54.2 | over there. Look at that person at work. They've got the relationship or they've got the money. |
| 1:58.2 | And we go into this comparison conflict and you're never going to |
| 2:03.3 | really truly be successful if you're comparing yourself to someone ahead of you because they've done |
| 2:10.3 | other steps which maybe you haven't so firstly as an overview to get rid of the comparison |
| 2:17.3 | conflicts you've got to compare yourself |
| 2:19.4 | not from to someone else, but from where you've been. In other words, compare yourself from |
| 2:25.4 | where you were last week, one month ago, one year ago. And then that can be the wake-up call |
