So let's dive in to your questions. I think they'll be pretty helpful because people will have questions that you did not know you had

really helpful. The first question is actually about the app itself. So if you haven't got the

hypnosis app, you can go to freehypnosis. app. And the question is how to best use the app?

That's a pretty good question because it's a little bit tricky at times. What kind of things do we use?

What kind of subjects? How many times I should listen to to there's a too many times I can listen to

it so the best way to use the app in my opinion is to consider what your issue is and then begin to find

the kind of themes within the app which is going to be best suited.

On the caveat that sometimes our symptoms are very, very big that can cloud over what the

But notice what kind of tracks resonate with you. Because ultimately, in the

hypnosis app, we've got lots of different sections. We've got like the free section. We've got
