We have to listen up very, very closely. Why? Because there are many things to be divided

all lives matter and campaign rallies are about to start up again. And we're about to go

into this election and we've got two people with very, very different ideas and we're

going to cling to those ideas and we're going to fight over those ideas if we allow

ourselves to. Don't forget 2016, 2017, Facebook, social media was out of control.

People unfollowing each other because they didn't believe the same thing. Instead of

learning from each other and just discussing things and trying to understand each other

better, trying to understand our points of view or just simply listening to each other,

we shut each other out. And if we're not careful, we're going to do that whole

thing over again. And so what Celeste is going to do, she's going to encourage us to

actually have real conversations. She's going to give you her 10 best tips for having

more authentic conversations, for becoming better listeners, for learning from each
