Today's Teleclass as you know is called the genius of deep sleep and it's all about

learning how and why we need restful sleep to be happy and healthy. So you know if I had to choose

one thing that's the greatest challenge for me when it comes to my health it's

you know unequivocally it's it's my sleep for as long as I can remember I've been a morning person

and a night person so you know for a period of about three years I never slept

more than five hours a night and you know it was only in this year this year being 2010 2011 that I started forcing

myself to sleep seven plus hours per night and the changes and benefits I've experienced

have been so profound that I'm quite frankly embarrassed that I do so many things right for my health

But I've always really ignored my sleep which of course is so vitally important for everyone.
