we had a great call a few weeks ago and I was just so impressed as I went through your website

as I watched many of the interviews you've done over the years, everything to, you know,

Dr. Oz and more. And I was just so impressed with your knowledge and really your understanding of

both Western but also Eastern medicine as we talked about Chinese medicine and Ayurveda

and so many things. And so I'm excited to dive into all that. One of the first questions

that I have for you is, you know, when I look at your background, what sort of led you into more of

this integrative and functional medicine approach? Definitely. And I just want to clarify one

thing. So I don't want to ever want to oversell myself. I'm not board certified in internal medicine.

I'm board certified in integrative medicine in pediatrics for sure, but just to put that out there.

But, you know, it's been interesting. So I come from a very, very background. My mom is,

you know, my parents are Indian and my mom was always a little bit more leaning towards natural

things growing up, like, hey, put this mask on your face for your acne or use this hair mask.

You know, she's always making stuff in a kitchen and doing stuff. Of course, I rebelled against all
