I hope you're having a decent week we have oh do we have podcast I will not be here for the next podcast chance will be sitting in for me but got some vacation I am actually going to be out a little bit and I'm going to try to not think about work but knowing me I will probably edit something because that's just kind of what I do.

So that will happen.

podcast I've always been resistant I will admit it because I think this is an

audio medium yeah we're got that started in radio and I just there's that part of who I am but I know that every

podcast on the planet has a video element even if the video element is just a zoom call which drives me nuts by the way.

The zoom thing drives me nuts.

So anyway so it's not good.
