been agent for 10 years he did 100 transactions last year, 134 million.

He's already at 110 million this year.

He gets to talk about being someone's assistant on a team

for years before he was able to build and grow his own team.

He was the youngest person ever to get on the Wall Street

real trends, you know, top 250 based on sales volume and that was when he was

24 years old and it was from stuff that he did when he was 23. I mean, he was a go-getter, but also has had to change his real estate business many, many times in the last 10 years.

He's going to talk to us a lot about that.
