Welcome everybody, it's a new year. This is the first

podcast of the Harlan Highway in 2018. I am your host Harlan Williams and we're going to have a good one. Now today's

podcast it's not as sparkly and and splashy and and filled with with bells and

whistles as normal because today I just wanted to take the

time to talk about the new year, talk about setting goals, talking about you, 2018 and all that's looming within it.

And so just kind of a time to chit chat and reminisce and talk about moving forward in the new year and I think it's good.

I think we'll have a good little talk. I'm going to be talking about about a little

little gizmo that I bought that was quite entertainment and and kind of a

sneaky hidden camera type of setup.

I'm going to be talking about health objectives

for the new year, things we can do to be healthy.

Gonna be talking about some of my ambitions and goals

that I'm setting for myself in the new year

and all kinds of stuff.
