I know that even when in Orange County,

houses are more expensive than a lot of places in the US,

but 400 transactions is still a ton of transactions.

One of the really cool things about Suzanne that we're gonna get into right, you know, pretty close to the beginning is she came from actually working inside Zillow, not as an agent, but actually training agents on how to use Zillow and then somewhere along the line made that transaction and I can't wait to dig into that and
