minutes and one of the most exciting fun things for me that you guys have heard

is Elliot has been a long time avid listener of the podcast and so today gets to be this

exciting time where we get to talk about you know what he does now so he there were

times he got to listen to the podcast and learn and now he's going to be here to try

There's going to be so much to his story. You know, he an X D1 football player originally from England, you know, he played as a as a

alignment and Porsche brand ambassador, all sorts of different things that you've done that kind of led you to real estate and lots of ups and downs like some rock bottom and coming back and to success so I am so excited to get going with this.

It's kind of surreal to be here, but hey.

Yeah, you have earned it, man. I said there's nothing that I get more excited about than having people turn from
