1:17.2 | problem. But before we jump in to talk about how to break free from those unhealthy patterns, |
1:22.2 | let's talk about what they are and why they exist. An unhealthy pattern in your life could include anything that keeps you stuck in a place of pain. |
1:31.2 | At first glance, your behavior might look like it's helping you. |
1:34.4 | But when you zoom out and look at the big picture, you'll likely find that there's a behavior |
1:39.1 | that's contributing to more problems or perhaps it's even making your existing problems worse. |
