So, what if you don't have the money? It's very, very difficult. So you've got to find the the deal and then the money can follow.

Money follows great deals. So how do you get started? I mean look we see massive

layoffs, we see resignations across the country, we see rising interest rates, we see inflation that's not

abating anytime soon, and we see a declining US dollar. So how can you position your

family to take care of your family in a meaningful way.
