spoiler alert that to today's podcast is going to be from start to finish about the Vegas

shooter. If you've heard enough of him or you don't want to hear more about him than this isn't the podcast for you but I'm going to share my thoughts and opinions and I'm actually going to say something during this podcast that I hope helps you. So even if you don't want to hear about

it, there is a section in here where I'm hoping it could be beneficial to you and could save your life and people in your family's life. I'm going to

offer up some suggestions on how you could survive something as horrible as the Vegas shooting event.
