Indeed. It's been an incredible month so far.

The weather's been amazing, right?

I haven't slept for about three weeks. I must admit my sleep

hasn't been a bit disturbed. And I don't want drinking in hot weather or anything like that? Yeah, I've got fans and things all over the place. Surely a man of your means,

right, should be installing air conditioning?

Well, the problem with that is that, you know, as well as I do from our times in New York,

you have to put pipes out through the window and all that kind of bollocks,

you know what I mean?

Can you not buy one of those units like used to have in New York?

You just stick it in the window?

No because that involves you know woodwork and fitting it in all that kind of stuff.

But anyway the thing is in my palatial like penthouse I don't close the doors between each rooms

because it's it's more or less open plan and all the light comes in
