And I'm going to really call out where I see so many business owners, content creators,

entrepreneurs getting absolutely stuck for no reason. Okay. So there are two types of

consumption that you can do in the space that you're in. You can consume the content and marketing

and sales of your competitors or you can consume the product, the deliverables, right?

And I want to talk about the right and wrong way to do this. So first of all,

I have shared many times and I'll share it again. I stopped consuming any sales, any marketing,

anything that my competitors put out. Probably, oh gosh, it used to be five years, but many years

have probably passed since then. It's probably been eight plus years since I stopped consuming what

my competitors do online. I consume pretty much no online content and I primarily read books. So

I read almost a book a week. So I'm always stretching my mind. I'm learning. I'm growing. But I am

not sitting there consuming the marketing or sales of my competitors or peers. And what I found

when I was doing that was that it was interfering a lot with my inspiration and my intuition.

So you have a unique thought process. You have unique life experience. You have the journey of

living and working and delivering what it is that you do that is unique and yours and yours alone.

And the more time that you spend consuming other people's marketing, other people's sales,
