9:10 - What are your thoughts on the injections being used for weight loss? Jordan Syatt just did an episode on them and it seems like they were recommended for obesity. What about for people who have 15 lbs to lose?

15:40 - My son is a senior in high school and about to graduate. He is going to college to play soccer and wants to put on more weight and size to match up with college athletes. What is your opinion or best advice on where to start his macros or how to approach this?

18:40 - Hi Cody Thank you so much for answering my questions lately and providing so much knowledge. I truly have and continue to learn so much from you. I have just finished training for a marathon and am doing the in 2 days time. I am truly so excited to jump back in to prioritizing strength training as I have missed giving it my all in that style of training. I have strength and hypertrophy goals. I want to be a strong ass weapon but also look it! I am looking to restructure my training split and block periodisation. I like to train X5 days per week. Would it be better to have a weekly structure of X2 strength days, X3 hypertrophy days (for example); or one block focus on hypertrophy and the next block focus on strength? Are the benefits/negatives of the different structures? Does it matter? Love the podcast!

26:30 - When doing abductor machine exercises how important is rom given that the muscle isn’t actually being stretched as it would in a lunge or squat?. Is load more important than rom for this specific exercise? Overall thoughts on this exercise for building glutes in general?
