Well, hello there. It's Morgan here and welcome to the show. Today I wanted to share nine things to

repeat yourself every once in a while. This is based on a post that I shared on social media.

And like all of these posts that I share, it's my hope that if there's anything

that stands out to you more than the other pieces that you can hold on to that. So I like to

share a lot of small short pieces together in hopes that if one thing resonates or a few

things resonate, even if all of it doesn't resonate, then you can carry that with you.

And I tend to think about the podcast in the exact same way. So I like to say that because I don't want you to think

that the intention here is for you to remember

and memorize all nine of these phrases,

but more so to just notice which ones

or which one speaks to you the most.

And maybe that can be the one that you memorize.

And I will put all of these in the show notes as well. So no need to keep track of them in real time.

And these are nine phrases that I shared with an accompanying piece of artwork, and I just wanted to share them

with you today. So the first phrase that I shared in this series of nine different phrases is,
