So Beth, for anyone who is not already familiar with you, can you tell us about your career

and what the journey was to get from where you started to where you are now?

So I tell the story as sort of I fell into it, right, where it was by accident that I ended

up in casting.

But truthfully, I was always interested in television and film growing up.

I grew up in Baltimore and during my high school years, I would go do these internships

at the television stations, the local film, television stations or radio stations.

I was always fascinated by the way TV and film worked.

Like how did things get to air?

And so that translated into college and I studied like production and direction and advertising

and journalism and sort of studied all different facets.
