More grateful than I've ever been for meditation

I feel almost as if like I'm romancing meditation right now. There's this new

Deep love and admiration and attraction I have to my practice

So it's it's really cool to answer this question because I remember when I started my god

That was not the case, you know, it was very very triggering and very unsettling

Meditation is a word. I remember hearing as a child

That I was always drawn to and I had absolutely no idea what it meant. It seemed so

Strange and elusive and like you want me to sit still and be quiet

And so for for many years really starting in my my very young life

I would be on the lookout for that word and anything that was connected to it and

And very intrigued by it, but I did not think it was something that was

Really even allowed for me. I didn't even think my life could sustain

Trying something like that. It seemed so strange

But I was always chasing it. I was always looking for it, but I first started to practice it
