Hello and Happy Thanksgiving. From CNN, I'm Joe Beck, with the five things you need to know for Thursday, November 23rd.

The truce between Israel and Hamas will start tomorrow at 7 a.m. local time.

That's according to Qatar's foreign ministry, which says the first group of

hostages will start being released at around 4 p.m. and will include 13 women and children.

Under the agreement at least 50 hostages held by Hamas will be

freed in total in exchange for 150 Palestinians detained by Israel. The truce

was supposed to have started hours ago but an Israel official put down the delay to, quote, minor implementation details.

CNN's Orrin Lieberman has more from Tel Aviv.

U.S. officials have said the delay was over the final logistical details and

that includes the locations and routes of the hostages that they would take outside

of Israel.

Crucially this does not mean according to officials we've spoken with, that there is any expectation that the deal is falling apart.

An explosion on a bridge over the US-Canada border near Niagara Falls has killed two people. They were in a speeding car

that crashed when it hit a curb, then a guardrail, and went airborne. With

New York Governor Kathy Hokkaw saying the incident doesn't appear to be terrorism related.

At this time there is no indication of a terrorist involved attack here at the Rainbow Bridge in

Western York.
