place. My guest today has accomplished more in her 22 years than most of us do in a lifetime.

Four years ago in London, she became the first American woman to win the gold medal for her

floor routine, which, by the way, was supposed to be impossible until she did it.

And while it's rare for gymnasts to make back-to-back Olympic teams, she kept training and

took it to the next level, becoming captain of the 2016 U.S. Olympic gymnastics team.

She is now a six-time Olympic medalist and the two-time team captain of the gold medal-winning

U.S. Olympic gymnastics

teams.

And to think it all started at a Mommy and Me class when she was just 18 months old.
