As we embark on our number two in a balls

mick Wednesday on Twitter to at Jake Cameron show thanks to those of you in the

chat got to some of these not everybody but appreciate you guys talking in there and then you guys listening out there

you probably all just as it's depressing it's hard not to sound depressing but it's a

serious it's a serious discussion too. I want to make sure that we're measured with this because I don't think that like slapping easy fix labels on things that are complex does much good.

And kind of talking through and vetting

some of the aspects of what's been wrong

and what you might be able to get right moving forward,

what's going to have to happen in season as opposed to off season.

These are all intriguing things to try to tackle,

to try to wrap your arms around.

You know, for example, I've heard some people

and I'm giving, this is sort of a catch-all,

this happens a lot.

You'll hear people say, well, where's the leadership? And I'm not saying that when you see sort of a rudderless looking team,

that it's not normal to question leadership.

But what does it really mean?

What does that mean?

And then some people will theorize that the reason

there's a lack of leadership is because you're counting on so many portal players.

I don't know, Marie Smith's been here a long time.

Darius Washington's been here six years.
