0:18.1	And I have had a lot of conversations with creators over the weekend, having more
0:23.0	of those conversations today. And there are a lot of really important things I think to talk
0:27.8	about in the wake of this Charlie Kirk murder. And one of the things I want to start with
0:32.4	is this concept of condemnation. Anyone who knows me, you all know, I've already condemned Charlie Kirk's
0:39.8	murder. There's no except for but or anything. We can talk about his political views. We can talk
0:47.3	about whether we feel empathy for him, but I have condemned the murder and everyone I know on the left has done the same.
0:57.1	Every serious person on the left has done the same.
1:00.3	Maga insists that the left is cheering this on.
1:04.8	And that's just not true.
1:06.5	You know, except in the most like random anecdotal corners of the internet, the left has denounced
1:14.6	this. Elon Musk, for example, retweeted some account with close to zero followers saying
1:21.2	something horrible. But the reality is that every notable left-wing voice, every major Democratic figure, elected officials
1:30.0	at the state, local, federal level, every mainstream commentator, everyone has condemned what
1:37.2	took place. Now, there are some people who have clarified, I don't feel empathy for Charlie Kirk personally because I found his political
1:46.7	views vile, because of the damage that he caused, the disinformation, the bigotry, fine. But even
1:55.3	those people have condemned the violence, and that is a really important distinction.
2:01.3	You don't have to suddenly feel empathy for Charlie Kirk as a person to say unequivocally
2:08.5	with no mitigation ifs, sands, or buts whatsoever.
2:13.0	This kind of violence is wrong, period.
