Early in January for example, he knew early that the COVID-19 was a serious serious threat to the country and he called it worse than even some of the most virulent flus.

He was entirely aware of all this and that but yet in public he was saying it's a hoax.

We got it under control. It's going to go away.

And I don't know how the country will react to this. Some will say because Trump's when Woodward said, well, where are you making that public?

Trump said, I don't want to cause a panic. I believe him don't you?

That he didn't want to cause a panic. No, you don't. Why wouldn't you believe that?

Well, because he had a duty to inform the country of the danger the country faced.

And his fans will say, yes, he was trying to do us a favor. He was trying to soften the blow.

He was trying to prevent panic. And I would imagine his critics will say, well, he failed to do what he was entrusted to do is the head of state that he had a duty, a sworn duty to protect the country.
