A warning to an African nation. I'm Daria Albinger Fox News. President Trump is threatening to attack

Islamic terrorists operating in Nigeria. President Trump said he's asked the Department of War to prepare

for possible military action in Nigeria if the Nigerian government continues to allow the killing of Christians.

He posted on truth social, quote,

the USA will immediately stop all aid and assistance to Nigeria

and may very well go into that now disgrace country guns ablazin

to completely wipe out the Islamic terrorists who are committing these horrible atrocities.

End quote.

The Nigerian government has vowed to keep fighting violent extremism, saying they will defend

all citizens irrespective of race, greed, or religion.

The clock is ticking on the SNAP benefits program, which more than 40 million Americans depend on to buy food.

Two federal judges say it can't be shut down. Fox's Alexandria Hoff says that leaves the White House with some questions.

Snap recipients who are logging into the state apps. They're reporting a new message saying that they will receive their benefits this month, but that the deposits will be delayed.

But a federal judge ruled that filling the

gap is the Trump administration's job and that emergency snap reserves have to be used to do so.

But the president does maintain all of this could be avoided if Senate Democrats would approve

the same clean funding bill that the House had already passed.

Democrats say they won't pass the CR to fund the government unless Republicans extend tax

credits for the Affordable Care Act.
