It's called Sure as the Sunrise 100 Morning Meditations on God's Mercy and Delight.

And for an author this day is like Christmas and the first day of school combined because I am

so thrilled to see this thing that I've worked on for months, well actually since January of last

year, finally get into your hands. But it's also really nerve-racking like walking into the

lunchroom with your tray in hand, not knowing who's going to invite you to sit down and eat with them.

I feel that way every time I release a book and especially about this one.

This is something that's really new for me, something I haven't quite done before.

I've never written a whole book of meditations before. We could call them devotions really.

And for recovering perfectionists, trying something new can feel really vulnerable.

Because I want to do it well, I want to serve you well. But you know what? I haven't written

the perfect book and I'm not going to. But I've learned that I don't have to be perfect to serve well.

In fact, it's probably better than I'm not. And here's the thing. My faith isn't something I

talk about on the podcast all the time, but it has a lot to do with how I live my life and run

my business. It informs the way I use my platform, the way I serve my team, and the way I show up
