podcast. So it seems like when you give counseling advice, a really common theme is that people

ask you for advice and they're feeling a certain way and your advice is stay with the

feeling, be present for it. And maybe some listeners, I don't know, feel like that's

like sort of a cop out thing. Like, oh, well, like the solution, everything is being present.

Then what kind of advice is that? But having tried actually that advice in my own life,

I can say that actually it's pretty hard. It's really, really hard to do it. And maybe

it keeps coming up all the time because it's something that is actually just the simple

solution to all of the seemingly hard problems. So I got my yoga teacher certification recently.
