An encounter with something I cannot explain.

About four to five years ago, I encountered something that inspired my creations.

It was late at night, around 8 to 9 p.m. I was out on a walk to a nearby church. I live in a very rural area of Georgia. When I got to the church, I sat on the stairs leading to one of the main entrances.

It was eerily silent, with no sound around at all. I glanced towards the graveyard and noticed something behind a small

slender tree. The figure stood about seven and a half feet tall. The church was

dark and the only light that was coming through was from a tall lamp post about 50 feet away.

The figure was pitch black and stood out against darkness.

It had a humanoid appearance but no visible features.

Half of its body was sticking out from behind the tree while the rest of it seemed to disappear
