Often times we get hamstrung by our freedom, our flexibility and no finances, and instead of being able to actually win that opportunity, we get stuck in this hamster rule of frustration.

And so what I often tell new agents and what I am so excited to unpack is the grit and the hard

work that agents put in at the beginning,

the failure they went through,

and help some of our agents that are in those growing

parts of their career, even the new parts of their career,

to say, I'm going to put in the hard work now

so that I can earn the right to have the flexibility and freedom I want in the future. So the big question is this, how do most agents who don't have access to the secrets that most successful agents hoard to themselves grow and prosper in today's competitive real estate environment.

That's the question.
