He'll lament past U.S. violence against his nation and explain his administration's current

efforts to end centuries of exploitation by the West.

As even casual listeners to Blast the Right know, I try to be a voice for the voiceless.

The most voiceless in the world are the third-world poor.

Throughout Latin America, the impoverished masses, who sometimes constitute an outright

majority of their nation's populations, are rising up and electing progressive leaders.

These progressive leaders promise to rule in the interests of the majority, not a small

elite super wealthy group at the top.

And that's just what these progressive leaders are doing, much to the consternation, and

public whining, ranting, and raving of both local and U.S. right wingers.

One such progressive leader is Avon Morales of Bolivia.

He was elected in a landslide in December 2005.

Since then, he's delighted the poor majority in Bolivia with his pro-social justice measures.

To give you an idea of what he's saying, usually I have to myself read short excerpts from
