A little background on what we do here. I am the founder of Morris Invest, which is a full service rental real estate company.

Number of years ago, going back decades or more than a decade now, when I started in real estate investing, I saw a real need to build a company,

build a team to help people be able to invest in the best real estate markets around the country.

And you do not need to be nearby to manage the property, to have a great property management team

that manages everything.

So that's what we do and I've been real estate investor for many many years and we build new construction properties.
