Welcome into the investing in real estate show. I hope you're all doing well at the

beginning of September. There's a number of data points that I want to talk about on today's show because I believe the coming recession is going to be worse or worse and different than anything we've really seen before because there are a number of things at work that we've never seen employed by governments around the world before.

And we've also not been coming out of a major pandemic where we had globalists who are

forcing a reset of our entire world economies, forcing people into lockdowns,

driving businesses to close small businesses.

And then of course, big corporations and big businesses did just fine.

In fact, many of them had record profits.

So we know where the head is of the federal governments around the world.

Now it's up to us to protect ourselves and that's what this show is all about.

That is my goal.

So whether it's real estate or it's some sort of a commodity like gold or silver, I really want you to think about that is the number one way to protect your family's wealth.

It's not what's happening in the 401k. So we've seen a lot of changes in the economy, okay, over the past few months, interest rates,

skyrocketing, inflation hitting 40-year highs.

And the White House recently announced last week, of course, this Student Loan Reduction

Plan, which don't even get me started on this.

Now if you really wanted to fix America's student loan problem, of course you would address the real issue,

which is predatory lending in student loans,

in addition to which paying for these for-profit colleges that are literally

destroying an entire generation of people because there's no way you can dig out from that debt.
