Hello everyone and welcome back to the first tinkum episode of the new season. This will be the

August match of you with myself. Joe Tweed is your host with my co-host, Jasim McLean. Fair to say I

think as we are recording this on deadline day by Fiasz and I have probably got half an eye now

on sort of potential signings as we are. Recording this it's about 20 past eight in the UK.

I think Dennis Sacaria is somebody who's been heavily linked at this moment. I'm not sure whether it

has been finalised or not but possibly feels like the last guy to come through to doing what has

been an incredibly, incredibly busy window. I think it's again probably fair to say the start of

the season hasn't really been what Chelsea fans had sort of envisaged. Some poor performances,

some poor results. Maybe it is a follow on from which was a little bit of a lack of days they

will kind of preseason in terms of the prep and the execution. It didn't quite feel that the

number of minutes that were being given to players who in this instance have even been released by

the club and sort of looking to shift kind of matched with the requirements for the beginning part

of the season there. But as the night are going to dig into this episode I think in the next

couple of minutes we're looking at first of all probably the biggest question that is on social

media in the moment which is around Thomas Tuckle and sort of the profiling of players in the squad.

Our players have been used incorrectly. Have we addressed the needs, have we profiled what really

has been required, have we got what I suppose has been required for Chelsea to not just kind of

maintain the status quo of being a Champions League team but to possibly take a step close in the

direction of Liverpool and City who last season were head and shoulders above the rest of the Premier League.

Only King certainly in terms of more of the tactical element here we're looking at set pieces.

I know Yaz has had some pretty robust thoughts on these in the past. I think it's time to look

at that again. We'll be looking at sort of the attacking phase of play again. One of the most
