Summary

We spend a lot of time in our community and our our podcast talking about the Amazon selling model that is used by virtually all of the new Amazon sellers in our community.

 

That strategy of course is called the "Amazon Replens" system - the system that teaches you how to identify and fill the underserved shelf space at Amazon's 100's of warehouses (as taught in the ProvenAmazonCourse.com course)

 

Today's new podcast episode however is a little different because we talk to a coach on our team who started out as a struggling new seller making many mistakes, and then he began to succeed with the replens system after finding our community.

 

From there though he successfully moved on to other models such as Bundles and Private Label and even the "agency" model (sometimes called PPP in our community - or "Proven Product Partnering" - and those more advanced models are the heart of the discussion today.

And that's not significant, of course. Who cares? Jim's wearing a sport coat today. But I thought

it would be a nice reminder. I just came from an event where I had to get dressed up a little bit to kind of fit in.

And everyone's like a professional business networking event. And I don't do a lot of those types of things up until about a year or two ago. I started becoming more intentional about being present locally, meeting local connections. And the ripple effects of that have been

dramatic, picking up new clients, new opportunities, great conversations. I'm able to make good

connections that lead to just positive things. Nothing but good things can come from that.

So I'm wearing my coat only to make a point that, hey, as an e-commerce entrepreneur business building warrior,

you got to get out from behind your computer. You got to spend time going to events. And at our

event, you certainly don't have to get dressed up. I think I was the only person wearing a suit

seriously I take the event and that's fine there. But I'm not saying you got to get dressed up,

but this is just a nice reminder. This coat's a visual reminder, getting out of your comfort
