In this part, we're going to define mood disorders and explore how they may interact with physical health and addiction issues.

Mood issues include emotions like anxiety, depression, anger, grief, mania, guilt, and can cause or worsen other mental health issues

or addictive behaviors. So think about it. Maybe you have a lot of anxiety. When you're anxious

for too long, you can start feeling run down and feeling hopeless and helpless and depressed.
