Today Louise is talking about love in yourself.

You know, a few months ago, an Instagram friend of mine, her name is Lauren.

She put up a question on her Instagram stories.

Something about what do you love the most about yourself?

And she was shocked to find out what the responses were.

And a lot of the responses were, I don't love myself.

There's nothing that I really love about myself.

And I remember she was just so concerned about that that she posted, you know, a series of stories just talking about this very topic of loving yourself, loving who you are.

And that's what today's episode is about.

We have to love ourselves.

It's the most important thing ever.

So what Louise is going to do is give you an affirmation.

And when you say this affirmation, there's going to be some self talk that bubbles up and that self talk is those limiting beliefs that you have about yourself.

Those negative feelings that you have about yourself.

When those come up to the surface, it can help you to, again, identify what they are, but also work to eliminate them and to replace them.
