Sounds good. Sounds good. So I'm actually originally from New York City. I moved to Chicago in 2008 to attend an art school. I was in

in Columbia College. I have a background in music playing piano and once I

graduated I started my own event space so I had a space that rented out for private events, photo shoots, movies, all different types of stuff. And then I was leasing a commercial space. And then I realized the math of that I should own a commercial property
