Kathleen McCormick, all of her friends called her Kathy. She was a young, ambitious woman.

She first started out in dental hygiene school, went to nursing school, and we really pick up

the story when she's a little bit older, because there's not a lot of information about her as an individual growing up.

Now, she did have an older brother named Jim McCormick, and he actually interviewed with Dateline.

And in that interview, he said that she wanted to be a doctor.
