by the absolutely brilliant journalist Jamie Skahill from the Intercept who has been working

on this along with his colleague Mertazar Hussein. It's a project they've worked on together

and it needs to be talked about because the issue of US foreign policy, US imperialism

is one that has massive consequences for all of us. And I think there's something of a myth

that the Democrats have a better record when actually many of the wars at the past have

been started escalated by the Democrats, the Vietnam War being quite a striking example

of that. And of course, if you take the Iraq war, many Democrats actively and enthusiastically

And one of the elements which has been to degree missing in some of the discussions is foreign

policy. So what we're doing today is we are zoning in on that because Jerry Skahill and

his colleague, Mrs. Al, have done this very, very detailed research project, which is unique

in going through over decades, the foreign policy positions of Joe Biden.
