He took off very quickly. He became a coaching student of ours. And now, like I said, he's

coaching. So let's welcome to the microphone, Mr. Ian McMullen. How are you

today, sir? I'm not about a told him. How are you? It's great to spend some time with you. I get to

connect so rarely with our coaches. Some of them are spread out all over the world. It's just an

incredible thing that we've built here, but always a pleasure to spend some time with our great coaches. And it's just an honor to that we've built here but always a pleasure to spend some time with

introduction tell us a little bit about yourself and fill in some gaps and then I'm going to talk

about your business story yeah well like likewise it's as a pleasure to talk to you I've been

sort of following you on and off in the silent team group.

As I say, just more recently then, we came on board as a coach.

So it's been an amazing ride right from the start.

You know, I had started looking actually at the end of December 15.

We could have been through quite a rough time.

I had a contracting business. In fact,

I had two contracting businesses. And then whenever the recession hit, I suppose it was worldwide

recession. But things started to turn down at a business of 20 years and it eventually closed.

And one thing after another, then I became bankrupt. So things were hard for a lot of years there.

We tried to get by doing small works, maintenance works. My wife took a job. And it was a very
