Summary

This episode's guest is Marcus Filly, Founder and Owner of Functional-Bodybuilding. Marcus was a med school student who decided to pursue a different type of a health career, instead of the traditional medicine route -- that career path was fitness! He left med school to become a coach and open a gym, which led him to becoming a 6x CrossFit Games Competitor and eventually to becoming one of the most well known fitness influencers in the world.

When ending his CrossFit Athletic Journey, he began to train for recovery, better movement, and body composition -- which birthed what we now know as Functional Bodybuilding. THAT STORY right there, is what we get into today.
