I think that where we are right now is what we are seeing is that the generation that's coming

of age right now truly don't know what it is they want to do. And there are many reasons for that

and I can totally understand that, but if they position

themselves in a way that they can test drive a number of different things just to see how it

fits, just to see how that makes them feel, that I think is really a powerful way to begin

the journey for them.

And so obviously we specialize a lot in that process. And I really believe that

so much of that happens outside of school. Today I'm delighted to bring you our featured guest,
